A five-star hotel managed by the Korean Lotte network opened in Moscow

The solemn opening ceremony of the five-star hotel Lotte Hotel Moscow, located in the center of Moscow near the Novy Arbat, held on Tuesday, June 15, RIA News.

According to First Deputy Mayor of Moscow Yuri Roslyak, who attended the event, the hotel is located 304 rooms, including four rooms for people with disabilities.

"This hotel - our continued cooperation with South Korea and Lotte Group is a leader in this cooperation. We hope that, following the Lotte us to come to the capital and other investors from South Korea," - said Roslyak.

In turn, the vice-president of Lotte Group Dong Bin Shin noted that she received as a result of the hotel exceeded all expectations of the company and is its best hotel.

Lotte Group - South Korean conglomerate. The company was founded in 1967 in Seoul as a confectionery. At the moment Lotte group of companies engaged in production of food and beverage, retail, development and other activities. The company's assets are estimated at 50 billion dollars.

Lotte Hotel Moscow is the first hotel managed by the same name included in the group hotel network, opened outside of South Korea.

Earlier, deputy general manager of the Lotte Hotel Moscow Jason Cho told RIA Novosti that the entire 2020 Lotte plans to build 50 hotels throughout the world.

Currently, South Korean company is considering building a small hotel in Moscow near Cathedral of Christ the Savior, as well as hotel in St. Petersburg and Vladivostok.
