The amount of office space, to be held in St. Petersburg in the year 2012 will be about 190 thousand square meters in 15 high-quality office facilities, study says ARIN company.

The most important business complexes, opening expected in 2012, according to experts, are business centre/"leader-Plaza" of 38 thousand square meters and 2 BC Dominat square 22.5 thousand square meters.

This year in St. Petersburg should begin three new office complex under the brand name "Senator", release 2 BC "Guys", administrative building of "Transneft", as well as business centres "Poem from three lakes", "Airport City", "Owental/the weavers", "Red Bridge" and "Univers".

In addition, it is expected to open Office objects at Constitution square, House of 3, on liteiny Avenue, building 26, and on the Avenue, building 24.
