Russia's largest private banks - Alpha Bank closed a deal to sell troubled loans GC Korston of $ 36.7 million of MDM Bank, told RIA Novosti director of corporate recovery of arrears of Alfa Bank Zaali Tsanava.

The deal amounted to about $ 40 million, because it includes interest on the loan, interest accrued on the date of closing of the transaction, he said.

Repay debt to Alfa-Bank Korston had this spring, but the group refused to negotiate the settlement of the loan previously reported business daily Kommersant.

In the case of the first delay on the part Korston MDM Bank is planning to take Korston Hotel & Mall Moscow without trial, reported the publication.

At the beginning of June the group was also to be MDM Bank about 25 million dollars, issued for the construction Korston Hotel & Mall Kazan.
