Minimuschestva Altai Republic on Wednesday announced the opening of applications for participation in the auction of the tourist complex, located on the territory of SEZ "Altai Valley", the initial price of 33.163 million rubles, according to the website of the Ministry.

According to Minimuschestva in the tourist complex, located within the boundaries of the SEZ "Altai Valley", consists of ten wooden houses a tourist destination by building a water tower, an unfinished room, and a cafe.

"Applications for participation in the auction are accepted from July 8 to August 12, and the auction held on 16 August. The starting price - 33.163 million rubles, an auction step will be 1.5 million rubles," - said in a statement.

The Ministry said that a buyer is found to be "the person who offered the highest price during the auction." Within five working days from the date of summing up the auction with the winner will be awarded a contract of sale.

"Altai Valley" is located on the territory of the Republic Maiminsky area on the right bank of the sacred Katun river Altai area to 855 hectares. "The highlight of the" SEZ will become an artificial lake of 50 hectares, which is associated with all the architectural solution: around the lake will be built tourist facilities, there will be the island beach. In this case the creation of only one lake is estimated at 1.3 billion rubles.

In July 2010 the construction of infrastructure of the SEZ was signed by the state contract worth $ 1.094 billion. Construction of an artificial lake to be completed in the first place.

It is expected that this year will rest up to 94 thousand people.

SEZ residents receive some benefits: a temporary exemption from paying taxes on property, land, low rates on hotels, transport and income tax. To date, the "Altai Valley" reported ten residents.
