Entrances to the Moscow schools freed from abandoned cars by September 1

All entrances to schools in Moscow by the beginning of the school year will be cleared of abandoned cars, told reporters on Thursday, the first Deputy Mayor, Head of the Moscow construction complex Vladimir Resin.

"We will remove all abandoned and stripped cars that prevent drive up to school on Sept. 1," - said Resin.

He also said that since 2009 the city will build more schools.

"If in 2009 we will build 27 schools, while in that only nine, then in 2010 they will have 47, and in 2011 - 52" - Resin said.

The increase in school construction because the city authorities are planning to move to large-scale demolition and reconstruction of schools built in the 30 years of 20 century, explained zammera.

"The schools we will be either demolished or renovated, they are mainly located in the central part of the city," - he said.
