Families of internally displaced persons in South Ossetia would move to new houses

Poor families of internally displaced persons will receive new homes on the Western outskirts of the capital of South Ossetia, RIA News in the Office of the Government of the Republic.

These people are refugees 90-ies from the Interior of Georgia and internally displaced persons of Georgian enclaves, which were in the territory of South Ossetia before the war in August 2008, still live in the former residence of the Tskhinvali selhoztehnikuma.

The building is in disrepair, but until recently, no hope of resettlement in 10 poor families, seemingly for life stuck in this building.

As was reported at the Government Office South Ossetia soon refugees and internally displaced persons finally will get their own houses in vselyatsya in cottages at the entrance to Tskhinvali from the Western side. The cottages have been received as a gift from Tyumen oblast of RUSSIA.

"These 10 cottages were donated to South Ossetia from Tyumen region after Georgian aggression 2008 year and taken into State ownership of South Ossetia in June 2010," said RIA News Chief of staff of the Government of South Ossetia Eleonora Bedoeva.

The cottages have a gas, electricity is connected, but left to vodokanalizacionnye network. "The issue will be expeditiously resolved",-emphasized Bedoeva.
