In Moscow will be contests for the selection of organizations to manage the houses

Contests to select managers of organizations to manage the apartment buildings will meet in Moscow on May 1, 2008, told RIA Novosti in the city administration.

"Competition will be held in houses where the owners meeting is not selected and implemented a method of management" - said.

On the orders of Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, the functions of the organizers of the contest will be assigned to the prefectures of administrative districts of the city. They will monitor the conduct of general meetings of owners of premises on the choice of ways to manage the tenement houses and the implementation of decisions of such meetings and to make changes to the list of facilities to conduct competitions.
