Until the end of 2011 will complete the construction of the road network stretching over 1.5 kilometers from the parking lot for vehicles.

"Baikal harbor" is built on the southeastern shore of Lake Baikal is 150 kilometers from Ulan-Ude on the principle of public-private partnership. Authorities believe that after the commissioning of SEZ objects by 2017 the number of tourists will increase four-fold to 2 million a year. The Russian government started to carry out its part of obligations by investing in the infrastructure of the SEZ to nearly 2 billion rubles of its planned 6.5 billion rubles.
