Input volume of housing in the Siberian Federal District (SFD) grew up in 2011, compared with the 2010 year, 8.8%-up to 7.2 million square meters, in a statement Novosibirskstata.

As can be seen from the statistics, the greatest input of habitation-fifth part of all new buildings-resulted in Novosibirsk region, in which the last year has been 1.48 million square metres of residential real estate at 7.3% higher than the previous year.

The second volume of new construction among the regions of SIBERIAN FEDERAL DISTRICT, Kemerovo region was in 2011, at 8% larger than in 2010 year-1.082 million square meters.

In Krasnoyarsk region to enter residential property rose by 6.3% and made up of the past, 1.049 million square meters.

According to Novosibirskstata, the growth in housing construction in Omsk and Irkutsk region in 2011, 19% in these areas have been surrendered accordingly 841 thousand square meters and 751 thousand square meters.
