Investors invest in the restoration of the wooden houses of Tomsk, about 90 million rubles

Nine wooden architectural monuments to be restored in Tomsk in 2011-2012 at the expense of investors, the cost of the work on each of the facilities is estimated at more than 10 million rubles, told journalists in Tomsk Media Center RIA Novosti Chief Architect of Vladimir Koren.

The restoration of local monuments executed in the framework of "Conservation of wooden architecture in Tomsk." According to city administration, from 2005 to 2010 for the program were sent to 478 million rubles, including funds from investors. The program for the past five years, was restored in Tomsk 60 objects of wooden architecture.

Late last year, the governor of Tomsk region Victor Kress has stated that in 2011 a program to attract investors' money, and set himself the task of city authorities to get 100-120 million rubles in investment.

"There are nine sites, where investors were invited at their own expense to repair and rebuild wooden houses," - said Koren.

He explained that the investors are "legal persons, government structures and private persons." In particular, the administration Bakchar (district in the Tomsk region) intends to renovate a house on Water Lane at his trading house, and the company "Tomlesstroy" developed a project to restore the home Orzheshko Vincent - City architect boundary XIX-XX centuries.

"The exact amount will not mention, but the investment, depending on the complexity of the object, probably will reach 10 million rubles (at home) and more" - said Koren.

Earlier, the first deputy mayor Eugene Parshuto reported that from 2005 to 2010, investors have sent 75 million rubles for the restoration of the three objects of wooden architecture in the city, with buildings "have no comment and used."

A total of Tomsk has 1.8 thousand wooden buildings. On the basis of historical, architectural and planning standards, experts in the field of cultural heritage identified 701 object, which must be preserved. Of these, 110 buildings - architectural monuments, 75 objects have the status of newly diagnosed and 517 are the background buildings.
