Kemerovo Oblast requested from the Fund for HOUSING and COMMUNAL SERVICES of 650 million USD for capital repairs of buildings

Good foundation for the reform of the housing and communal sector took up for the Kemerovo region to provide financial support in the amount of more than 650 million from the Fund for the refurbishment of multi-family houses and relocation of citizens from unsafe homes, the statement said.

"According to the information provided by the requestor Kemerovo Oblast plans to receive from the Fund and UTILITIES 650.66 million roubles, of which 405.57 million rubles will be sent for repair of flats in 24 municipalities, and 245.09 mln rubles-the relocation of residents of hazardous buildings Fund in nine municipalities", the statement said.

The law stipulates that the application of the Kemerovo area will be reviewed by the Board of the Fund for the promotion of housing and public utilities reform within a month.

In the 2008-2011 period, the Foundation for the reform of housing and communal services of the Kemerovo area highlighted the Kemerovo region for capital repairs of residential buildings and relocation of residents of hazardous housing 7.4 billion rubles. By way of co-financing region added 2.5 milliard rubbles. These funds have been sent to overhaul 3.295 thousands of flats inhabited by 454.132 thousand people, as well as the provision of flats in new homes 10.915 thousands of citizens living in 697 emergency homes.
