Moscow authorities are opposed to low-rise building

According to the chief architect of Moscow Alexander Kuzmin, the concept of low-rise building is not suitable for solving urban problems in Moscow.

Low-rise construction does not fit into the concept of city development, said Kuzmin. Chief architect noted that the value of land in the capital is very high, that does not allow Moscow to implement the program of low-rise construction.

At the same time, Kuzmin not preclude the application of the concept of low-rise construction in the villages that exist on the territory of Moscow and planned to keep.
