Moscow on September 17 for the first time will put on electronic trading facilities of the state property

The first pilot electronic auctions to sell state property in Moscow will be held at the Unified Trading Site of the capital on September 17, told RIA Novosti on Friday, the press service of the Tender Committee in Moscow.

Electronic trading is introduced by the Russian legislation on 1 January 2011, but the subject of Russia has the right to move to a new system from July 1, 2010, as did Moscow. About 17,000 city orders totaling 77.5 billion rubles placed in the first five months of 2010 through the electronic auction.

"The electronic auction will be posted 21 objects - non-residential area from 55 square meters up to 1,5 thousand square meters. The total area of 3.558 thousand square meters," - noted.

According to him, the total initial price of lots (total value of auctioned property), 297.425 million rubles.

Spokesman reiterated that request to be held in Moscow on a pilot project of electronic bidding for the sale of state property was granted in June 2010 at a meeting of Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov with the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia and the executive authorities of Moscow leaders of the capital assets of the Department and the Department of on competition policy.
