Mountain Resort in Arkhyz launch in December, then begin to build "Lagonaki"

JSC "Resorts of the North Caucasus" will launch first ski resort in the North-tourism cluster in December 2011 in Arkhyz (Karachay-Cherkessia), two months will be the first stone in the construction of the ski resort "Lagonaki '(Adygea), told RIA Novosti deputy director Rostislav Murzagulov.

He also said that on July 15, scheduled for presentation of projects of the ski and sea resorts on the territory of Dagestan, on the same day will sign an investment agreement with the company "Nafta Moscow", owned by well-known Dagestani businessman Suleiman Kerimov, who plans to invest in the development of resorts in Dagestan to 40 billion rubles.

According to the plan of measures "Resorts of the North Caucasus," the end of 2011 to finalize the master plan, architectural concept and basic engineering of ski resorts included in the North Caucasus tourist cluster. The same time period established for the approval of boundaries, land surveying and inventorying the territory of special economic zones (SEZs) and the signing of additional agreements between the Ministry of Economic Development and the regions in which the SEZ will be located.

Planned a series of presentations and signing of agreements in major international fora. Investment agreements be signed on 16-18 September 2011 at the International Investment Forum in Sochi on 20-21 January 2012 at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Presentations to foreign investors is scheduled for November 7-10, 2011 in London, "World Travel Market" and on November 16-17, 2011 in Hong Kong "MIPIM Asia", said Murzagulov.

JSC "Resorts of the North Caucasus" is the operator of the tourism cluster in the North Caucasus. The company develops ski, beach and spa resorts in the North Caucasus Federal District of the Krasnodar region and Adygea Republic, is modernizing air and ground communications.
