Three people were arrested Saturday in Moscow for attempting to hold an unsanctioned rally and block the entry of fuel tanker on the territory of the hotel's construction for the studio, "thumbnail" Nikita Mikhalkov at the Small Kozikhinskiy Lane, told RIA Novosti spokesman for Moscow police.
