Arbitration Court of Moscow adopted a waiver claim of CJSC "Alfa Service" on the abolition of the auction for the sale of the hotel "Ringtone" and terminated the proceedings on the case, the correspondent agency РАПСИ/rapsinews.ru from the courtroom.

In the lawsuit, the company requested to annul the auction from September 2, 2011, on sale of non-residential setting, located at the address: Moscow, 13 Skatertny pereulok 13, with a total area of 2.6 thousand square meters, enshrined the right of economic management for the FEDERAL STATE UNITARY ENTERPRISE "Resource". "Alfa Service" also recognize invalid protocol requested the Commission on the outcome of the auction and auction sale buildings, enclosed by the results of the auction, between the FEDERAL STATE UNITARY ENTERPRISE "Resource" and Victoria Wind, and return the non-residential building back FSUE "Resource".

As stated by the representative of the plaintiff company abandons lawsuit because it currently has no interest in resolving the case.

Defendants in the suit are FSUE "Resource" (the seller), Victoria Wheeler (winner of the auction) and JSC "inform-just" (organizer of trades).

As a third party participates in the Federal Agency for State property management of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia and Rossreestra.
