The first tourists to visit a ski resort in Buryatia in the SEZ 2012

Russian developer "Rusresorts ", building a ski resort in the SEZ "Baikal harbor " in Buryatia, signed an exclusive contract with the tour operator "Baykalov " organization of the first tours to the resort in 2012, said the travel company, on Tuesday.

"Rusresorts " builds on the eastern shore of the lake at Mount Bull (part of the SEZ "Baikal harbor ") all-season resort, for 300 thousand tourists a year. Under the project, 265 hectares on the territory of the hotel will accommodate different levels, private cottages and suites, a large sports complex and shopping and entertainment area. The main part of the sports and entertainment complex will become a ski resort "Baikal ". In 2012, planned to be the first object in the entertainment complex, in the fall of 2013 - start the first ski resort. The total investment in the project will reach one billion dollars.

"In 2011 we organized a trekking in the mountain area of   Bulls for 180 tourists. Next year we plan to increase the volume of tourists to Mount Bull in 7-10 ", - said director general of the tour operator "Baykalov " Anatoly Kazakevich.
