The RF Government intends to take measures for the facilitation of transfer of land from one category to another for shelter.

According to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade Herman Gref, the Russian government will soon adopt a resolution to ease regulations concerning the transfer of land plots from one category to another, so that they can be used for housing.

According to Gref, the draft regulations are currently enrolled in the government. According to the document will be eliminated compensation for the transfer of land from one category to another. The abolition of the rule, said Gref, will at no additional cost to transfer land for housing.
