The heating season has started in 76 regions of Russia - Ministry of Regional Development

Autumn-winter heating season started in the 76 regions of Russia, said Tuesday the head of Ministry of Regional Development Department, Housing Minister Alexander Dronov.

"In the 76 regions have already started the heating season, in 56 regions in full and 20 - in part (but not all municipalities)," - said Dronov at a press conference in RIA Novosti.

According to him, to heat homes not started yet regions of the Southern Federal District.

He added that basically all the preparations for the winter in the regions of Russia are faster than last year.

According to regional development, in general, the costs of preparing for the winter should be between 30% and above from the consolidated budget of the region.

"Right now, the preparation of the housing stock in the country is 78% of the required", - added Dronov.
