The number of transactions on purchase of housing in Moscow declined in January 2012, at 9.4%

The number of registered transactions in Moscow in January 2012, declined in comparison with the similar period of the year 2011 at 9.4% 4.048 thousands of transactions should appear from the Management of the Federal service of State registration, cadastre and cartography (Rosreestra) in Moscow.

However, according to Rosreestra, in comparison with December 2011, the number of housing purchases in the capital in the first month of the year 2012 has dropped almost three times.

The number of registered mortgages in Moscow in January 2012, by contrast, has risen as compared to January 2011, at 32% and totalled 1.445 credits.

However, this figure is more than two times lower than in December 2011, according to the data of Rosreestra.

Increased in January 2012, compared with the similar period of the previous year and the number registered in Moscow contracts of shares in construction-in 3.3 times up to 270.

In comparison with December 2011, the number of equity instruments in January of this year, by contrast, declined by nearly half.
