Work to replace the paving began again at the Kremlin embankment in the center of Moscow, told RIA Novosti on Friday, city manager.

Replacing the asphalt tiles in the capital began in 2011 at the initiative of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. He noted that about 90% of pavements in the capital city is covered with asphalt, which melts in summer and autumn has unpresentable form. In this regard, the budget was allocated to Moscow about 4 billion rubles, which should cover the cost of replacing the 1.1 million square meters of sidewalk coverage this year.

"The tile shift in the Kremlin embankment or because of injury or because of the fact that the original work was done wrong. There is a disposal of the prefect of the Central District (Sergei Baidakova) that the negligent work performed on the replacement tiles will not be accepted", - said.

He added that this situation occurred and Radischevskaya street, which also shift the tiles due to poor quality of work performed.

In late July, the Kremlin embankment was significant race fireballs "Formula 1" in the auto show Moscow City Racing. However, according to the interlocutor of agency, these works are not related to past events.
