Tomsk expects to increase the input of habitation in 2012, at 4.2%-up to 470 thousand sq. m

Tomsk oblast authorities expect that in 2012, in the region will be introduced more than 470 thousand square meters of housing at 4.2% more predictable type of housing in the year 2011, told reporters on Wednesday, the head of the regional Department of architecture, construction and road complex Pavel Podgorny.

According to him, the authorities expect that in 2011, the builders succeed commissioning plan 451 thousand square meters of housing (increase to 2010 year-3.1%).

"Forecast plan on 2012 year-more than 470 thousand square meters," said Podgorny.

Speaking on the condition of the building complex in the region and its prospects, Podgorny noted that despite the problems, build LLC "lived, is alive and will live."

Previously the Governor of Tomsk Region promised that before the end of 2012, will be completely solved the problem of three thousand Tomsk sharers who cannot obtain shelter in time. It was 22 "problem" homes, half of which will be introduced in 2011.
