Tomsk house-building company built in 2011, 45 per cent of dwellings in the city

Tomsk house-building company (TDSK) put into operation in 2011, 302 thousand square meters, of which 222 thousand square meters of residential space, representing 45% of the total residential area built on the territory of Tomsk in the year 2011, told reporters Tuesday, the CEO of the company Alexander Å petter.

"The construction of dwellings is the main task of the company for 40 years, we have built more than 4.5 million square metres of housing",-said the General.

According to him, the growth of construction volumes amounted to 10.6% in 2010, TDSK built 270 thousand square meters, and in 2011, 302 thousand square meters.

Å petter also said that in 2012, the company plans to construct about 320 thousand square meters of residential and non-residential premises.

It was earlier reported that in 2010, in the region as a whole was 437.5 thousands square meters, in the 2011 year-457 thousand square meters of housing.
